Visitor Charter

Our commitment to our visitors is paramount as you are instrumental in the success of our attraction and a significant number of customers are recommended to us. We have set out our responsibility to you:

-      To display this Visitor Charter prominently

-      To describe accurately in any advertisement, brochure or any other printed means, the amenities, facilities and 
       services provided

-      To ensure contact telephone numbers, postal address and website details are clearly listed on all promotional 
       material

-      To clearly display on our website, at entry points and on our telephone, all entry charges (including taxes where
       applicable) and hours of operation

-      To provide signage and orientation information appropriate to the attraction balanced with environmental issues and
       Planning constraints

-      To assist visitors in understanding and enjoying the attraction

-      To ensure visitor safety, comfort and service by maintaining a high standard of customer care, cleanliness, courtesy
       and maintenance

-      All staff who deal with customers should be clearly distinguishable in our uniforms

-      Provide adequate toilet facilities, car-parking and catering arrangements

-      To ensure that baby facilities – changing areas and warming facilities are available

-      We operate an integrated disabled initiative and endeavour to give due consideration to the requirements of 
       disabled people and people with special needs and make suitable provision where practical

-      To deal promptly with all enquiries, requests and booking requests from visitors.

-      To ensure that all feedback correspondence is promptly answered.

-      To provide Public liability insurance and to comply with all applicable Planning, safety and other statutory 
        requirements

-      We provide information and access to resources for educational groups

-      We endeavour to ensure that visitors who do not speak English have access to information and are adequately 
       informed to enjoy their visit

-      Endeavour to ensure that adequate safety signage is prominently displayed

-      Ensure our staff are trained to deal with visitor enquiries
